Nothing on this earth honks
quite like a goose!
Their klaxon-loud conversations
Shake out the dust
From both my ears and then a skein
Of them appear
And I can hear the wind pluck at their feathers.
They are brimful
Of the warmest greeting in any language
I have ever heard.
I wave my reply and shout goodbye!
