Kathryn Simmonds’ first book of poems, Sunday at the Skin Launderette (Seren 2008), won the Forward Prize for best first collection and was long-listed for the Guardian First Book Award.
Her short stories have been published in magazines, and broadcast on Radio 4. Her second poetry collection, The Visitations, was published by Seren in 2013.
Love and Fallout (Seren 2014), her debut novel, tells the story of a woman revisiting her muddy past at the Greenham Common women’s peace camp. She currently lives in Norwich with her husband and two young daughters.
