How to Book Your Festival Events with Your Festival Pass

Your Festival Pass allows you to book events and talks for free! Once you’ve purchased your Festival Pass, follow these simple steps to book your free events:

1. Purchase Your Festival Pass/Launceston Residents Pass

Your Festival Pass acts as your weekend pass and unlocks access to free bookings for events*. Make sure you’ve secured your pass before proceeding to book individual events.

2. Enter Your Pass Code at Checkout

To reveal and book your free sessions, enter your pass code at checkout:

• Click on the ‘Use Pass Code’ tab at the top of the payment screen.
• Enter your unique pass code in the designated field.
• Once entered, your eligible Festival Pass Holders ticket will appear for selection.

3. Complete Your Booking

After unlocking your free sessions, simply complete the checkout process—no extra payment required! You’ll get separate tickets for each event you’ve booked.

Important: Your pass code will be sent in a separate email along with your order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folders if it doesn’t appear in your inbox, and adjust your spam settings if needed.

*Your weekend pass does not include mentoring sessions; these need to be booked separately.
